At Titan Fitness, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned equipment must be in its original packaging and unused condition to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the specific fitness items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return box.

  Secure the Gear

  Carefully repackage your equipment in its original Titan Fitness box, ensuring all bolts, components, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
