This high-quality landmine trap bar attachment easily attaches to any Olympic bar with a painless slide-over design. It allows quick installation and prevents wear and scratching on your barbell. The threaded stop pin will keep the barbell in place as you train and works great for any landmine training. The attachment is made from 2 x 2.75-inch, 11-gauge steel tubing featuring two weight post sleeves and knurled handles that rotate 360-degrees. Take your workout to the next level by performing deadlifts to overhead presses without changing your grip as the handles rotate with you as you lift.
